Queensland University of Technology in conjunction with the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) and the College of Complex Project Managers (CCPM) invite you to attend a seminar facilitated by Dr Jeannie Kahwajy, an acknowledged expert in the field of executive leadership.


Leadership for Results in Large Projects
An interactive program designed to highlight the transformational, intangible elements that can make all the difference to a project’s success or failure. Dr Kahwajy will focus on the human dilemma, how our expectations can shape and limit subordinates’ performance, on blind spots (biases), the mechanisms that drive self-fulfilling prophecies and how to turn around a negative self-fulfilling prophecy cycle. She will use situational analyses and personal case studies to maximise the learning for participants.

Presenter: Dr Jeannie Kahwajy, holds a PhD in organizational behavior with a minor in psychology from Stanford University, and is the founder and president of Effective Interactions, a consulting firm that specializes in executive leadership and top team effectiveness.
