What is the Quality Leadership Profile (QLP)?
It is an online 360 degree leadership questionnaire designed to provide managers with feedback on their leadership behaviour. 360 surveys gain performance information from a range of stakeholders including staff, supervisors, peers and self. The surveys highlight differences between the manager's self-concept and the view of others.
The instrument was researched and developed at QUT.
