No two custom programs are alike. A program structure will depend entirely on the outcomes desired by the client, whether they are to develop the job competencies of the workforce, encourage a learning culture, motivate improved performance, attract staff or assist in staff retention. Programs can be designed to reach organisational objectives yet link into the core fundamentals taught in QUT's award programs.

Professional Development Programs
Professional development programs (non award) can range from a one day workshop on a single topic to a one or two year course on a variety of disciplines with participants receiving a Certificate of Attendance.
Award programs can be tailored for organisations that want to provide their staff with a university qualification and an incentive to continue lifelong learning. QUT can create a program to give participants credit towards postgraduate qualifications or alternatively, Graduate Certificates or Masters can be customised and delivered in intensive sessions to suit organisational commitments.
Customised Learning Resources
Customisation of learning resources can range from the inclusion of industry specific case studies to the full customisation of content. Blended learning principles will be used to maximise the transferance of skills to the workplace. Techniques include the use of workplace projects, management games, reflective journals, simulations and harnessing new technologies to increase availability to the participants, such as the Internet, audio streaming and podcasting.
Delivery - Where and When You Want It
Learning programs can be delivered on our campus, at your workplace, or at an alternative venue in Australia or overseas at a time to suit your organisation. Programs regularly include an online learning component.
